Case Study: Hope Foursquare Church
The Challenge
Hope Foursquare Church in Snohomish, WA needed to coordinate weekly "Family Night" gatherings for approximately 75-100 congregants with rotating themed meals. With the paper sign-ups having poor engagement, the meals would be an inconsistent spread where some weeks had a ton of desserts but few mains or other weeks when there were tons of mains and not enough appetizers / salads.
The Solution
The Family Team leaders sent out a weekly event announcement e-mail that included the signup link for the upcoming potluck to congregants each week during the Family Night sessions. Congregants of all ages were able to easily identify the food needs and participate in the shared meal experience.
